We understand that plans can change, which is why we allow for a full refund up to 5 days in advance of your booking. Any cancellations made within 5 days of your scheduled reservation are non-refundable. While we do not offer refunds inside this window, we are committed to ensuring you have the best possible experience on the water and will work with you when weather impacts your booking.

Weather-Related Rescheduling & Vouchers

• If weather prevents your trip from starting:
  If conditions are unsafe and we are unable to go out on the water at all, you may reschedule your booking for another available date that works for you and your group.

• If your trip is cut short due to weather:
  If we begin your trip and must return early due to unsafe weather conditions, we will issue a voucher for your remaining time, provided:

  • The trip lasted less than 2 hours

  • Vouchers have no expiration date and can be used toward a future booking

• Trips exceeding 2 hours:
  If your trip has exceeded 2 hours before being interrupted by weather, the booking will be considered complete, and no voucher, refund, or credit will be issued.

• We may contact you in advance to discuss rescheduling options

• Our goal is to get you on the water at a time that provides the best possible experience

If it appears conditions will not allow for a safe or enjoyable outing, we will help coordinate an alternative time or date that works for you.
